Here are the 3 SIMPLE steps for you to follow from start to finish!
1 Make Their Selections
- Visit the model home with your REALTOR
- Visit the Sales Office to select your structure options
This is when you can add a bedroom, change an empty space into a closet, change the 2 car garage into 3, etc.
- Visit the Design Studio!
The appointment will include personal assistance in choosing from hundreds of options from flooring, countertops, cabinets, appliances, lighting, home entertainment, to security systems & networking.
2 Construction
- Pre-Start Orientation
Review the floor plan, home site, and optional features with the New Home Builder to ensure that the construction documents are complete.
- Pre-Drywall Orientation
Walk through the home at frame stage! Review the placement of their selections and view the quality of construction as it’s in progress.
- Pre-Closing Orientation
Walk through their home with their project manager to ensure they understand all the operational features.
- Closing
The title company will prepare all the closing documents and answer any questions they might have prior to signing, and then will facilitate the transfer of ownership.
3 Move In
- Customer Care
As an homeowner, you will have the advantage to contact your New Home Builder and your Realtor for information such as warranty items that need attention.
